sara's birthday was a couple of days before, however we enjoyed a leisurely saturday afternoon lunch at 'finc'. we ordered the same thing - a potato cake, topped with wilted spinach, smoked fish, a poached egg, roasted tomato drizzled in hollandaise sauce!(washed down with a crisp white wine of course!)
